Return Policy

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once this 14-day period has expired.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were received. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Due to the regulated nature of sparklers, which are classified as explosive goods, it is essential that any returned items are transported safely and legally. All returns must be securely packaged using the original UN-approved carton supplied with your order. This specialist packaging is designed and approved for the safe transportation of regulated explosive goods and must not be discarded or replaced with alternative packaging.

If the original UN-approved packaging is unavailable, we may be unable to accept the return or arrange collection due to transport safety requirements.

Please note that personalised products are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns requiring collection by our specialist courier service, a £14.99 hazardous goods collection charge will apply. Alternatively, you may arrange your own suitable courier, provided the goods are packaged correctly and comply with all applicable requirements for the transportation of regulated items.
