Return Policy

Our returns policy is valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund once this fourteen-day period has elapsed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in an unused condition and in the same state as it was received. Furthermore, it must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that personalised products are excluded from our returns policy.

For the collection of hazardous goods arranged by us, a charge of £14.99 will be incurred. These items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own courier for the return.
